The panel features Dr Pauline Muir (Goldsmith's), Dr Monique Ingalls (Baylor) and Dr Dulcie Dixon McKenzie (CBT, Queen's Foundation).  Panellists will discuss how this theme connects to their life histories and scholarly pursuits.  After establishing key elements of the discourse around race & ethnicity within the African diaspora in the contemporary United Kingdom and beyond, panellists will then discuss how music and worship in the church play into race-based conflicts and conversations. The event will end with an in-person and online audience Q & A.
